welp - i finally signed up for weight watchers last night.
yesyes, a pat on the back is well-deserved. and then a slap on the ass is needed as well - for i need the motivation and encouragement.
stepping on that scale, for that initial weigh in….OUCH, was it a shot to tha heart. and as liz said - that number can’t get me down no more! must be a motivator.
